Job Title: HR TUPE Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: Can be based anywhere in UK, however if located near a site office, 2 days in the office hybrid
Company Overview: Our client, a leading organisation with operations across UK and Ireland as well as with a global offering, is seeking an experienced HR TUPE & Change Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive change initiatives across the business, ensuring smooth transitions while prioritizing employee well-being.
Role Summary: As the HR TUPE & Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all matters related to TUPE and change programs. Your responsibilities will include overseeing program execution, legal compliance, and providing expert advice. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to uphold the organization’s professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee and manage TUPE and change programs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to legal requirements.
- Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of People Ops/ TUPE & Change Specialists across the UK and Ireland.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key departments, including HR, Operational Delivery, Recruitment, Training, Workforce Management, and Payroll.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment, multitasking effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
- Outcome-Focused: Maintain a strong focus on successful program outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in TUPE and change management within a similar role.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
