HRC Consultancy has a permanent opportunity for a well-established organisation in Glasgow City Centre. Fantastic opportunity to work within a team that allows you to assist with the direction of the HR function.
Are you who we're looking for?
- Qualification in HR
- Experience of working within a complex organisation
- Ability of utilise appropriate diagnostic tools
- Understand job evaluation
- Strong communication skills
What does the day to day look like?
- Assist with the design and delivery of OD and development strategies
- Delivery of various projects, including performance development review
- Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure that KPI’s are achieved
- Develop the managers experience in all areas of change management
