HRC Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively on an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent employment.
This standalone role will see you take full responsibility for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business, supporting managers and employees. You'll be a trusted advisor, confident in managing a varied workload and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in a standalone or senior HR generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to challenge and influence at all levels of the business
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of HR processes
- Experience managing employee relations issues from end to end
- Flexible approach with the ability to travel to site 3 days per week
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
