This is a fantastic part time temporary opportunity to join a well known organisation based in Glasgow City Centre in an HR Assistant for approx 3 months

You will be responsible for providing administrative support in a generalist capacity. You will be required to provide first line advice on HR policy and procedures. You will be repsonsible for updating and maintaining the HR information system providing accurate management information. You will also process new starters, leavers, absence and the annual appraisal process. You will also be responsible for recruitment coordination and all pre-employment checks. The role will also support ongoing HR project work within the department.

This is a busy varied role so you will ideally have previous HR Administration/assistant level  experience. You will also have experience using microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint and outlook) and ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity offering part time hours working (20 hours per week - 9am -1pm Monday -Friday ).
