HR Advisor

Fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a vibrant HR team  a well known financial services business based in Edinburgh  on a 6 month contract basis

This is a fast paced, generalist role working in a dedicated HR team where you will be involved with providing front line advice to managers and staff on all employee relations issues ensuring consistency with company policy.

Other areas of support will be recruitment, policy and procedure guidance, performance management.compensation and benefits, support with specific project work.

You will have CIPD membership and have experience delivering generalist HR advice in a fast paced and challenging environment. You will also have outstanding communication skills and work well under pressure whilst having a sound knowledge of relevant employment law and associated policy requirements..
