Job Opportunity: Home Manager
Location: Carluke
Salary: £50,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead our Care Centre in Carluke. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the Care Centre, ensuring the wellbeing of both clients and staff, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management and long-term operations of the Care Centre.
- Assess social and health needs of clients and monitor care planning.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, relatives, staff, and external bodies.
- Manage budgets, personnel, and recruitment.
- Promote a positive profile within the local community and ensure high occupancy.
- Ensure staff receive appropriate training and development.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards and safeguard clients.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care/Social Work Qualification.
- Previous management/supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead an effective team.
