Responsibilities
- Leading monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Managing, mentoring and growing a talented finance team
- Playing a key role in the design and implementation of transformation projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Required Skills
- Experience in audit and/or a fast paced industry finance team
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on excellence#
