You understand the importance of well-thought out analysis and timely reporting. Meeting deadlines and offering up improvement suggestions is second nature to you. You’re a thinker and a do-er.
You would be comfortable leading on the integration of acquisitions into the core accounting system. Prioritising deadlines – whether you’re liaising with off shore teams or creating an in-depth external audit schedule – is something you can do calmly and assertively.

You’re newly qual or around two years’ PQE, and perhaps you have some US GAAP or Sox experience under your belt, too. You’re an advanced Excel user (of course) and you’re someone who has the credibility to implement new processes.
You would be confident liaising across departments, implementing change and ensuring that your colleagues are achieving their potential. You’re able to communicate clearly and concisely within your team and with internal stakeholders.
You’ll be able to help drive new processes internally whilst showcasing your client service skills.
