- Qualified accountant with ICAS or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in overseeing a financial reporting function with multiple sets of accounts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:
- Overseeing financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Leading month-end and year-end close activities
- Providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making
- Mentoring finance team members and liaising with senior management
- Supporting process improvements and ensuring compliance
