What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing global financial controls and reconciliation quality
- Ensuring compliance with global accounting policies
- Resolving complex finance queries
- Managing SLA delivery and offshore performance
- Driving continuous improvement and supporting project activity
- Leading, developing and motivating your team
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in financial controls, reconciliations or shared services
- Ideally a qualified accountant (or strong equivalent experience)
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels
- Proactive, assertive and comfortable resolving complex issues
- Experienced leader — or ready to step into management
