Following continued growth and expansion, our client has acquired a business in the Perth & Kinross area and is looking for a commercially minded accountant to join the team to improve reporting and analysis.
As Finance Business Partner Analyst, you'll be a pivotal asset to the business leaders. Your role involves meticulous data analysis, strategic insights, and driving financial excellence. What will you be doing?
Forecasting: Your primary responsibility is to prepare accurate and timely weekly forecasts for the Senior Management Team. These forecasts serve as critical decision-making tools, guiding strategic actions across the organization.
Collaboration Catalyst: You will work closely with our Finance Business Partner (FBP) to streamline processes and enhance financial insights. Your collaborative efforts will contribute to operational efficiency and effective financial management.
Budgeting: Shaping the annual budget, you will translate financial figures into actionable strategies. Your expertise will ensure that our financial planning aligns seamlessly with our organizational goals.
Analysis: You will investigate variances in management accounts. You will contribute to our overall financial health by identifying improvement and optimization opportunities.
Strategic Reporting: Your task involves developing a comprehensive reporting suite. These reports will empower our teams by providing clear, data driven insights for informed decision-making at all levels.
Boardroom Insights: Your financial input will be included in monthly Board packs and you will play a crucial role in high-level discussions. Your analysis will guide strategic planning and governance.
Innovation Driver: Generating creative ideas to reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate overall performance is a key aspect of your role. Your innovative thinking will shape our success trajectory.
Pricing Strategy: By actively participating in the annual pricing review, you will ensure that pricing remains competitive and strategically aligned with market dynamics.
KPI Excellence: You will assist in refining KPI reporting framework. By tracking and improving key performance indicators, you will help foster excellence across the business.
