What the role will look like:
- Collaborating across month-end processes
- Maintenance of purchase and sales ledgers
- Unallocated funds management and investigation
- Review and process invoices and payment requests
- Maintaining accurate finance data across suppliers and debtors
- Monthly reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
- Both managing and escalating team mailbox queries
What you will bring:
- Recent experience in a high-volume finance environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and unsupervised
- Strong communication skills and a flexible approach
- Excellent team player with a high level of attention to detail
