Our client, a highly regarded, established mid-sized legal firm is looking to appoint a solicitor to join their family team. You can expect to manage a diverse and complex caseload covering, separation & divorce, child law, cohabitation, adoptions, surrogacy, financial provision and pre-nuptial contracts. The team provides across a broad range of family law matters, as well as providing litigation support when needed, including appearing at the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. This role will suit someone with a family law background who is looking for a role that provides interesting and varied work, whilst offering increased autonomy & responsibility. You will be comfortable dealing with clients and have a passion for providing exceptional client service.
