Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your engineering experience within the drinks industry? Our client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join their team at a well-established site on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
This is a great opportunity to build on your existing maintenance experience, work within a specialist production environment and further develop your skills within the drinks industry.
Are you who our client is looking for?

Experience in multi-skilled engineering, maintenance or a similar technical role
-
Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
-
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
-
A proactive approach to maintenance and equipment reliability
-
Good understanding of health and safety within a production environment
-
Relevant engineering qualifications or a time-served apprenticeship would be beneficial
What does the day-to-day look like?

Carrying out day-to-day maintenance across the distillery
-
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on equipment and machinery
-
Supporting planned and preventative maintenance activities
-
Responding to breakdowns and helping minimise production downtime

Ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
-
Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining high site standards
