My client is an award winning litigation firm with offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh. Due to expansion, the Managing Partner is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work. As Part of your remit would also be responsible for heading up the department and expanding the team.
You will handle:
- A mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious cases
- Responsible for all aspects of case preparation
- Advising clients on potential risks
- Preparing all associated documents
- Negotiating settlements
- Instructing Counsel for hearing
- Business development
- Expansion of team
