Employment Lawyer, Senior Associate/Director, Edinburgh

Our client, a prestigious and well-known law firm, home to one of the largest and most respected employment law teams in Scotland, is seeking a talented individual to join their Edinburgh office at Senior Associate or Legal Director level.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to work with a dynamic and high-performing team that advises a broad spectrum of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Their client base includes some of Scotland’s best-known employers across sectors, as well as a significant number of senior executives.
You’ll be involved in complex and high-profile work, including:
- Employment tribunal litigation
- Strategic HR advisory
- Executive terminations and severance negotiations
- TUPE and restructuring projects
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
About You
They are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Excellent client-handling skills and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for delivering high-quality, strategic advice
