Are you an experienced employment lawyer ready to take on a new role in a thriving legal team? Our client is looking for a confident and commercially astute solicitor to join their specialist team, advising a diverse client base on complex employment matters.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with 5–7 years post-qualified experience to step into a senior position within a well-regarded employment law team. You’ll handle a mix of contentious and advisory work, support strategic HR decisions, and play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising employers and employees on all aspects of employment law
- Handling employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Supporting corporate transactions and TUPE matters
- Delivering training and thought leadership to clients
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
What They Are Looking For:
- Strong experience in employment law, ideally circa 5-7Yrs PQE
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior team members
