Electrical Reliability Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer. This role plays a critical part in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving best-in-class electrical maintenance practices within a high-performance industrial environment.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct electrical equipment inspections to ensure operational reliability

  • Analyze electrical failures and define repair and improvement strategies

  • Implement risk-based maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approaches

  • Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems

  • Collaborate with Maintenance Planning teams to align with CMMS processes

  • Perform and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fault diagnostics

  • Prepare clear reports with findings, recommendations, and project updates

  • Support CAPEX planning and budgeting for electrical reliability initiatives

  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to maintenance teams

  • Work cross-functionally to improve inspection and maintenance standards

🎓 Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance or reliability engineering (manufacturing environment)

  • Degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

  • Strong knowledge of RCM, FMECA, and RCA methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and control circuits

  • Proven commitment to electrical safety, compliance, and best practices
