Are you who’s perfect for this role?
- Proven experience in electrical engineering or maintenance within manufacturing or FMCG sectors
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Have a sound understanding of PLC systems including diagnosing and fixing faults, I/O, programming and graphics.
- Have an awareness of industrial communication protocols, Cyber Security and a commitment to Health & Safety legislation.
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Carrying out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnosing faults and repairing electrical systems efficiently
- Assisting with installation projects and upgrades
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
