E-Billing Analyst, Glasgow

- Previous experience of billing in a large organisation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability of work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Professional office experience
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
What does the day look like?
- Acting as point of contact for billing and e-billing to ensure all client requirements are met and processes are up to date, robust and accurate
- Maintaining vendor and timekeeper information across all systems
- Analysing time and costs in relation to e-billing and providing relevant feedback
- Uploading, tracking and monitoring e-bills to achieve all targets and deadlines
- Working with all internal teams and stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice rejections for timely resubmission
- Liaising with e-billing vendors to resolve system issues and fulfil all client requirements
- Assisting with the update of e-billing invoice trackers, KPIs and SLAs
- Adhering to all billing guidelines and regulatory requirements
