E-Billing Analyst, Glasgow

  • Previous experience of billing in a large organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability of work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Professional office experience
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal

 

What does the day look like?

  • Acting as point of contact for billing and e-billing to ensure all client requirements are met and processes are up to date, robust and accurate
  • Maintaining vendor and timekeeper information across all systems
  • Analysing time and costs in relation to e-billing and providing relevant feedback
  • Uploading, tracking and monitoring e-bills to achieve all targets and deadlines
  • Working with all internal teams and stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice rejections for timely resubmission
  • Liaising with e-billing vendors to resolve system issues and fulfil all client requirements
  • Assisting with the update of e-billing invoice trackers, KPIs and SLAs
  • Adhering to all billing guidelines and regulatory requirements
