Dutch Customer Service Advisor

Main Duties:
- Deal with inbound telephone and e-mail customer queries
- Follow up the queries with the relevant administration
- Manage your own workload and possess the ability to prioritise
- Ensuring that all customers always receive the highest level of service possible.
- Remaining professional and polite always
To be considered for this role:
- A native/fluent Dutch speaker with English fluency
- Have strong English language skills
- You will be a great team player.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £18,500
