Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Our client, one of the largest offshore legal practices, is looking to recruit a solicitor to their litigation team, and is keen to consider applications from Scottish qualified solicitors.

Their dispute resolution and litigation practice represents clients across the full spectrum of contentious and semi-contentious work. They are widely recognised for their expertise in both international and domestic cases, including investment fund, corporate, commercial and civil disputes, banking, financial services and trusts litigation, fraud and asset tracing claims, regulatory investigations, employment disputes and advisory work. Their experts are well-versed in claims against directors, directors' duties, shareholder and investor activism, joint venture and M&A disputes, claims arising from demergers and re-organisations, derivative proceedings, unfair prejudice petitions and contested schemes of arrangement and insolvencies. They also provide board advisory services to distressed corporates facing financial and other pressures. They are counsel to multinational corporations, financial institutions, banks, funds, insurers, trust companies, governments and private individuals. From mediation to trial advocacy, they successfully guide our clients through the full range of disputes, from multi-party, cross-jurisdictional corporate litigation to domestic claims before the local courts.
