We’re looking to have a chat with Project Manager’s to discuss joining a successful digital team in Glasgow. Working with various clients you would be tackling everything from rapid prototyping to multi-year digital transformation projects. 

Essentially your role as Project Manager will be to support the business in their goal to achieve excellence. Working on various projects you'll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities working on a range of client's projects.

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • You will be able to take on the delivery of complex, technical solutions and manage the activity of a talented team of strategists, UX experts, developers, designers and marketers as well as managing day-to-day communications with the client
  • Are well versed in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and create robust technical and functional specifications, project plans and project documentation including test script and test plans
  • Fully experienced in software development and project management best practise and supporting methodologies, specifically Agile (Scrum)
  • Have had exposure to the full project lifecycle and a solid understanding of project roles, activities both technical and non-technical as required for successful delivery
  • Are able to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, as well as monitor project costs against budget and progress

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of the project lifecycle/running multiple projects.
  • Experience with working within a structured project management delivery framework (SCRUM / Agile methodologies)
  • An interest in the digital/ online world
  • Strong leadership skills within a matrix managed environment
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques, as well as the software development lifecycle and standard testing regimes
  • Prince 2 or similar would be advantageous
