Are you a skilled nurse with leadership experience? Join us as Deputy Manager at our Care Home . Lead our team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead staff to maintain high care standards
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Assist in managing budgets and conserving resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with management experience
- Valid NMC PIN
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Genuine passion for caring for others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
