Job Opportunity: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Blairgowrie
Wage: £22.50/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team and help us achieve the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care and supervise staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update Care Plans in collaboration with service users and healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medications and oversee the health care needs of service users.
- Promote a positive and safe environment within the Care Centre.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1st level nurse (nursing) or NVQ level 3 (residential).
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Genuine interest in working with the service user group.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
Desired:
- Experience or qualification in care for the relevant service user category.
