  • You must have previous experience working within a collections or recoveries role
  • Previous experience working with unsecured debt
  • Bring a polite, confident, and professional telephone manner
  • Willingness and want to learn and develop
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Experience within Financial Services

What does the day look like?

  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls 
  • Provide support to customers in arrears
  • Manage cases through to resolution and negotiate for positive outcomes
  • Adhere to all policies and compliance procedures
  • Execute tasks in line with SLAs
