We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients dynamic Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers when they need assistance with their machinery—whether they need parts, modifications, or help with maintenance issues. Your role will involve liaising with engineers, manufacturers’ engineers, and customers to ensure their needs are met.
While there is a strong focus on administrative coordination, having a technical background will be highly advantageous as you will be dealing with a range of machinery-related inquiries. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the technical teams and customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes for parts and interventions
- Compile and send quotes to customers, following up as necessary
- Arrange bottle samples and send them to manufacturers
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure all the necessary information and resources are on-site for any interventions
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and in full
- Handle customer queries related to machine parts, modifications, and maintenance needs
Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative coordination skills
- A technical background or understanding of machinery is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Experience liaising with suppliers and customers in a fast-paced environment
