What will the day-to-day look like?
- Collection of outstanding accounts in line with business credit terms
- Management of customer accounts in line with agreed SLAs and credit terms
- Establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Resolution of unallocated payments
Are you who we are looking for?
- You must be experienced working in a similar position with 1 years+ of credit control experience
- Be comfortable working under pressure and change whilst maintaining a customer-focused mindset
- Be confident delivering a solutions-based service, using your own initiative, whilst also working collaboratively with colleagues
- Be able to prioritise your workload in a reactive, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
