Credit Controller - Eurocentral - up to £26k

What does the typical day-to-day look like?

  • Processing orders
  • Pursuing accounts through phone, correspondence, and email
  • Managing customer accounts administratively
  • Handling daily administrative tasks such as duplicating invoices, generating statements, and providing trade references
  • Addressing and resolving queries
  • Coordinating with Sales Representatives and collaborating closely with the customer service team
  • Handling credit card transactions
  • Assigning and recording payments, including cheques, card transactions, branch transactions, and bank deposits
  • Following up on remittance advices for unallocated cash
