Are you who we're looking for?
- Prior experience in a credit control position
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to navigate and analyse financial data efficiently
- Team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and departments
- Proactive individual, adept at working under tight deadlines and resolving challenges
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Monitoring a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution
- Proactively chasing debt through various channels (telephone, letter, email) to secure prompt payments
- Handling client queries professionally, providing payment options, and negotiating repayment timescales
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all communication and progress
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
