Process Improvement Analyst – Glasgow/Hybrid – up to £50,000

Do you have a background in enhancing operational efficiency? Have you worked in a financial services environment identifying opportunities to optimize processes across teams?

A leading and progressive financial services business is looking to add a continuous improvement expert to its established team. This post will be ideal for someone from a strong improvement background who is excited to be involved in change process and continue to the ongoing process improvement of a growing business.

What will the day-to-day look like?

  • Conducting analysis of existing customer services process and identifying relevant areas of improvement
  • Effectively understanding relevant data in order to come to meaningful conclusions, contributing to apt changes in strategy
  • Supporting the lead wider team by producing workflows to improve operational effectiveness
  • Working with stakeholders across the business on a daily business in order to understand processes and issues
  • Maintaining relevant documentation on all relevant processes and best practices, ensuring compliance at all times

What skill do you need?

  • Experience in process improvement within a financial services environment
  • Ability to adopt an analytical approach in order to solve problems effectively
  • A background in using data in a meaningful way in order to identify shortcomings and relevant solutions
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
  • A good understanding of financial products such as key life, wealth, and pension products would be ideal
  • Process automation tool experience would also be beneficial
