Condition Monitoring Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation for a Condition Monitoring Technician to join a site-based Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is key to improving asset reliability, plant availability, and predictive maintenance performance within a large-scale industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out condition monitoring data collection and analysis

  • Support fault finding and troubleshooting across plant and process equipment

  • Improve the reliability and availability of production and CHP assets

  • Communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards

  • Participate in a call-out rota

  • Support continuous improvement in maintenance practices

 Sklls & Experience Required

  • Time-served engineer with a recognised apprenticeship

  • Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent)

  • Experience in a manufacturing or process environment

  • Working towards or holding CAT II Vibration Analysis certification

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Computer literate with a proactive, self-motivated approach
