We are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation for a Condition Monitoring Technician to join a site-based Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is key to improving asset reliability, plant availability, and predictive maintenance performance within a large-scale industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out condition monitoring data collection and analysis

Support fault finding and troubleshooting across plant and process equipment

Improve the reliability and availability of production and CHP assets
-
Communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams
-
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
-
Participate in a call-out rota
-
Support continuous improvement in maintenance practices
Sklls & Experience Required
-
Time-served engineer with a recognised apprenticeship
-
Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent)
-
Experience in a manufacturing or process environment
-
Working towards or holding CAT II Vibration Analysis certification
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Computer literate with a proactive, self-motivated approach
