We are partnering with a prestigious offshore law firm known globally for its market‑leading commercial, financial and corporate expertise. Their Jersey office is experiencing sustained growth and is now seeking a talented commercial real estate lawyer to join their highly regarded team working on premium, cross‑border property matters.

This is an exceptional chance to accelerate your career within a collaborative, well‑resourced offshore environment, working with blue‑chip clients, international investors, major developers and financial institutions.

As part of the firm’s Real Estate team, you will:-

  • Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on high‑value, complex real estate matters spanning multiple jurisdictions
  • Support large‑scale development projects, property finance deals and commercial lettings
  • Build long-standing client relationships with major corporates, banks and institutional investors
  • Gain exposure to cross‑disciplinary work, collaborating with colleagues in corporate, banking and funds teams

Applicants will be UK‑qualified (or equivalent), ideally 1–4 years PQE, and must have solid commercial real estate experience gained within private practice. You will have strong transactional experience gained within a reputable international, national, or boutique commercial firm.

You can expect:-

  • Outstanding work–life balance without compromising the quality of work.
  • Highly competitive tax regime and financial benefits.
  • Full relocation support, including flights, accommodation assistance and settling‑in support.
  • A friendly, inclusive office culture with real opportunities for progression.
  • Exposure to some of the most significant and sophisticated property transactions in the offshore market.
