We are working with a highly regarded firm in Edinburgh that is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–4 years’ post‑qualification experience who is looking to broaden their exposure and progress within a supportive environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a busy and well‑established commercial property team, with work spanning a broad range of transactions, including:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Leasing matters for both landlord and tenant clients
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment portfolios
- Supporting clients across sectors including retail, office, industrial and development
- Managing your own caseload while providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice
You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior fee‑earners and gain hands-on experience with high-quality clients. Applicants will ideally be 1-4 Yrs PQE and must have a commercial property background. You will have strong drafting, negotiating and communication skills, a proactive and organised approach to managing files and confidence in dealing directly with clients.
