Our client, an established, independent law firm, is looking to appoint a commercial real estate lawyer to join their highly regarded team.
You will advise commercial clients on the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial property, providing clear and practical legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and conclude missives.
- Review titles and produce clear client reports.
- Draft and agree leases, options and Development Agreements.
- Prepare certificates of title for finance transactions.
- Build strong client and agent relationships.
- Support junior colleagues in developing their skills.
- Manage your workload efficiently and maintain sound financial control.
- Contribute to the wider commercial property team and support business development.
Applicants will ideally be around three years post qualified and must have commercial real estate experience. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, be committed to delivering excellent client service and be keen to further your career in this sector.
