Commercial Property Lawyer

About the Role:

Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented commercial property lawyer to support a busy and diverse caseload spanning commercial real estate transactions and residential development projects. Based in either Aberdeen or Edinburgh, you’ll work with leading developers, investors, and public sector bodies on high-value and strategically important deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development agreements
  • Supporting residential development projects, including site assembly and infrastructure agreements
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, title reports, and ancillary documentation
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues across planning, construction, and corporate teams

What They Are Looking For:

  • NQ–2 years PQE in commercial property (experience during traineeship will be considered)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Genuine interest in real estate and development work
