We are working with one of HRC Recruitment’s key clients to appoint a Commercial Finance & Analysis Manager — a brilliant next step for a qualified accountant with a strong analytical mindset and the ambition to progress quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support senior stakeholders with clear financial commentary
- Improve cost allocation, reporting quality, and financial transparency
- Influence processes and contribute to strategic decision‑making
- Help the business understand the drivers behind the numbers
What you’ll bring:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CA)
- Ambitious, proactive and ready to grow with the role
- Commercially minded, curious, and able to explain the “why” behind numbers
- Strong analytical and data skills, including Excel/modelling
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Keen to develop and support a small team
