Commercial Account Handler – Paisley - £30 – 35k
Do you have experience in a commercial insurance environment? Would you like to work with a specialist broker who is seen as an expert in their market?
A growing business is looking to add an enthusiastic and motivated Account Handler to join their established team. This role would be perfect for someone with some commercial experience who is looking to take the next step in their insurance career.
What will the day-to-day look like?
- Servicing a portfolio of clients
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to cover, and varied client queries
- Interacting with varied customers on a daily basis ensuring the best service possible is provided
- Issuing documentation to clients and ensuring it is accurate and up to date at all times
- Interacting and negotiating with insurers
What experience do you need?
- A background working in a commercial insurance environment
- A strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
- A background in dealing with customers both over the phone and in person
- The ability to be flexible and work as part of a team in order to achieve common goals
- A proactive and positive approach, working to solve problems as they arise
This would be a perfect role for someone with some commercial insurance exposure who is looking to grow professionally and take on additional responsibility. The prospect of interacting with more clients and meeting face-to-face while progressing professionally comes with this role.
