Client Accountant Glasgow £28k - £35k DOE
You are experienced working within the finance function of a property company and know how to both manage and deliver to the demands of key client accounts.
You have worked on large portfolios, overseen the requirements for a huge number of properties and taken full ownership of your database and client relationships.
We are working with a highly respected and professional property management company in their search for a Client Accountant to join their growing finance team.
What will the day-to-day involve?
- Controlling, setting up and maintaining records on the property management database
- Reconciling balances
- Understanding and agreeing to client reporting requirements
- Year-end service charge account drafting and completion
- Dealing with tenants and landlords and responding to their queries
- Working closely with surveying colleagues and on-site staff
Are you who we are looking for?
- Previous experience working in the finance function of a property company
- Strong Excel skills
- Have excellent organisation and communication skills
- Be comfortable using a property management accounts package
- Have a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team
