Cleaner – Inverness
Pay rates: starting from £12.21 per hour + holiday accrual (paid weekly!)
HRC Recruitment is looking for reliable, hard-working Cleaners to support across busy sites in Inverness city centre. If you take pride in creating tidy, fresh, welcoming spaces and you enjoy work that keeps you moving, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing...
As a cleaner, you’ll be the reason the building looks great every day. Your typical duties may include:
- General cleaning of public areas, offices, or facilities
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Emptying bins and managing basic waste disposal
- Restocking cleaning supplies when needed
- Making sure bathrooms, break areas, and shared spaces stay hygienic and presentable
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
- Working efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards

What we're looking for...
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well
- Reliability and good communication
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
