Job Title: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Execute culinary dishes in accordance with the menu specifications
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation
  • Monitor and control food wastage
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for creating exceptional dishes and contributing to a positive kitchen culture

Rate of Pay: £14-£16PH + Holiday pay
