Job Title: Chef
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join the team at one of Edinburgh’s most prestigious golf clubs. This is a temporary role, running Wednesday to Sunday each week, offering the chance to work in a professional kitchen with a supportive team in a scenic and well-established environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for members and guests
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Work as part of a team to deliver efficient service during busy periods
- Adapt to menu changes and event requirements as needed
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant with regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a busy kitchen, ideally in hospitality or club settings
- Strong cooking skills and a good understanding of kitchen operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday for the next few weeks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: £16ph
