Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a creative approach to menu development, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our clients esteemed restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu planning and specials
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully
  • Maintain a clean and kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring new ideas to the kitchen


  • Proven experience as a Chef
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in dish presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
