About the Role
You will work as part of a specialist catastrophic injury team handling high-value, complex and often sensitive claims for major insurer clients. The caseload will include:
- Catastrophic and large-loss personal injury matters
- RTA and EL/PL claims involving severe injury, brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal accidents
- Multi-track, high-value litigation
- Supporting partners on strategic and commercially significant cases
This role offers the opportunity to act for a blue-chip defendant client base while working closely with industry-leading partners on some of the most challenging and high-profile insurance matters in the UK.
Applicants will ideally be 2-6 years post qualified with solid defendant insurance or personal injury litigation experience. You will have strong technical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and have a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in developing expertise in catastrophic injury work.
