Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Looking for an experienced manager to take over their 85 bed, elderly care home and additional support unit.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Safeguarding and Adult Protection procedures.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies, ensuring safety.
- Operate in full compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Deliver person-centered care and support to the highest standards.
- Drive financial performance, promote the service, and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and maintain open communication.
- Ensure HR policies are followed, promoting effective HR practices.
- Lead a culture of innovation, learning, and success.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Active NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council PIN).
- Previous care home experience.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
