You’re an experienced Care Worker looking for your next role, or even to top up your current hours and gain some extra experience. You know all about the challenges and rewards that come with working with older adults, and you strive to build relationships with colleagues and the people that you support.
Are you who we’re looking for?
- You have at least 6 months UK care experience
- You are comfortable assisting older adults to wash and dress
- You enjoy sharing interests with the people that you care for
- You like to be on the go and enjoy being busy
What does your day to day look like?
- Working within a team, you will be providing support to older adults in line with agreed care plans
- With a variety of shifts available, you can be in control of what you work, fit work in around your current commitments so that you can really commit to the residents when on shift
- Lots of interaction with residents and colleagues, participation in social events and fun activities
