Temporary Administrator - Bellahouston

Part-Time - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

We are pleased to exclusively collaborate with a leading property organisation in Glasgow, aiming to secure a Property Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, driven, and proactive individual looking for their next challenge.

 

We are looking for an individual with:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of accuracy

• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Proficiency in general administration tasks

• A higher maths qualification or equivalent is preferred, though not essential

 

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Handle incoming enquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses

• Coordinate repairs and maintain communication with clients and contractors

• Update the client portal with relevant and important information

• Manage insurance processes and issue permits

• Review and update warranties, maintenance details, and contractor information

• Assist with various administrative tasks, including AGM attendance and key movements

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Perform other necessary duties as required
