Fleet Insurance Handler

Salary £23,000 to £29,000
Do you have experience working within a personal lines or commercial insurance environment? You would be working with one of the UK’s leading independent brokers, who offer general broking to a wide range of clients including global corporates to boutique businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
What will the day-to-day look like?
- Working with client to ensure the highest level of service to each assigned client
- Liaising with client managers to fully understand the client’s business and insurance requirements
- Handling MTA's, general queries and renewals
- Communicating terms to clients
- Provide ongoing communication with the client following queries/alterations
What experience will you need?
- Clear exposure to FCA guidelines and procedures
- A strong technical knowledge
- Able to embrace change and react positively
- CII or equivalent would be advantageous
- The ability to develop and sustain relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
- The ability to manage workloads and actively delegate tasks and adhere to reporting deadlines.
