Are you an experienced Bookkeeper and looking for a new challenge?

If you like working for a small business and being busy with a variety of tasks, then we have the ideal role for you! My client is looking for someone to take responsibility for the accounts function of their two companies and keep everything running smoothly.

This is an exciting time to join the company as they are going from strength to strength and this role would be an integral part of their growth strategy.  

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You must be experienced in a similar role ideally within an SME
  • Be experienced in the management of Payroll 
  • Sage payroll knowledge is ideal
  • An intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • First class commercial acumen with demonstrable experience of influencing business decisions
  • Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Knowledge of Xero accountancy package preferred 

What will the day to day look like?

  • Preparing Management Accounts
  • Preparing Management Reports
  • Credit Control
  • Payroll Management for both organisations
  • V.A.T Returns
  • Pension Scheme Administration
