Are you who we’re looking for?
- Scots qualified Banking and Finance lawyer with approx. 2 years PQE
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Demonstrates initiative to obtain relevant information to complete tasks
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Relevant legal experience
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Advising clients throughout the UK on a variety of transactional banking matters
- Providing legal advice to their financial institution clients on products, services, and other regulatory matters
- Developing skills and knowledge within their clients’ main sectors e.g. finance, energy, technology, hospitality and food and drink
- Regular communication with prospective and current clients on a range of matters and pro-actively developing client relationships
